Problem

This week we’ll focus on the main problem in the story. What is the main problem in the story? How is

the main character trying to solve the problem? What do you predict the solution will be? If you were the

main character, how would you solve the problem? What would you say? What would you do? What

plan would you devise?

  1. The problem in this story is that the cricket wants to go back to Connecticut-his home-but he is in New York and it is hard for him to get there.

  3. One of the problems in the story is Chester chews up a $2 dollar bill in his dream. So Tucker has to pay Chester. Tucker only has $2 dollars and .93 cents. If I were them I would do the same.
